Which CII courses are currently available? +
The launch catalogue includes CII CF8 Long Term Care Insurance, CII J02 Trusts and CII J05 Pension Income Options. New CII courses will appear automatically when they are published in our shared academic catalogue.
Is CII Academy an accredited training provider? +
Yes. CII Academy is an officially accredited CII training provider. The final official accreditation artwork will be added when it is supplied.
Are all three courses prepared in the same way? +
No. CF8 includes multiple-choice and case-study questions, while J02 and J05 require written short answers. Each programme uses practice and revision methods suited to its assessment format.
What is included in a course? +
Course inclusions vary, but can include structured chapter notes, active-recall questions, digital flashcards, quick-reference sheets, realistic practice and an AI tutor grounded in the course material. The exact inventory is shown on each course page.
Can I try the platform before buying? +
Yes. Each available course has a free sample-question page so you can complete a short diagnostic and review the answer explanations.
How long can I access a purchased course? +
The current courses include lifetime access, so you can return to the material before the assessment and later for professional revision.
Do I still need the official CII study text? +
Use the official CII materials and current qualification information as your definitive source. CII Academy is designed to organise revision, strengthen retrieval and provide additional practice around that learning.
Does CII Academy book the official exam? +
No. Exam registration, rules and current qualification requirements should be confirmed through the official CII channels. CII Academy provides preparation and learning support.
Which currency is used? +
The CII Academy catalogue is UK-focused and prices are presented in pounds sterling. Checkout is processed through CII Academy's own Stripe account.
